要 旨
本稿は、室町幕府において作成された文書・記録について、鎌倉幕府後期における文書管理体制の連続面・断 絶面に着目し、その文書管理の一端を解明するものである。当初は、問注所が鎌倉幕府のように文庫で評定事書 を集中管理する体制が成立した。また紛失安堵を例に足利尊氏の権限を考察し、恩賞方に置かれた事書を用いた 内乱期独自の文書利用システムがあったことを明らかにした。こうした体制は観応の擾乱で失われた。また奉行 人は符案・落居記録を作成しており、多くの幕府機関の下で作成・保管され、観応の擾乱後の公武関係の変化 や訴訟制度に合わせた運用がなされた。これらが幕府記録としての地位を与えられたのである。
This paper focuses on the documents and records created under the Muromachi shogunate, focusing on its continuities and discontinuities with the document management system under the late Kamakura shogunate. Initially, a system was established in which the Hyojokotogaki centralized the management of assessment documents in a library like that of the Kamakura shogunate. This paper also examines the authority of Ashikaga Takauji to use the example of relief for lost property, and clarified that there was a unique system of using documents during the civil war period for using the documents placed in the reward department. This system was lost durtng the Kan’ou Disturbance. In addition, from the beginning, the copies of documents (Fuan) and records (Rakkyo Kiroku) prepared by magistrates were prepared and kept under a number of shogunate agencies, and were adapted to changes between the imperial court and bakufu relations and the litigation system after the Kan’ou Disturbance. These were given the status of bakufu records
